Terms of Sale
These terms of sale apply to all ticket purchases made on this website. By placing an order, the buyer accepts them in full.
1. Seller
SAS Fazly Group, trading as Fazly Entertainment, France. SIRET: 104 760 327 00015. Email: samirfazly84300@gmail.com.
2. Tickets and prices
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (TTC). The price applicable is the one displayed at the time of the order. Promo codes may be offered from time to time; a promo code can only be used under the conditions stated when it is issued.
3. Order and payment
Payment is made online by credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal, through secure payment providers. The order is confirmed once payment has been accepted.
4. Delivery of tickets
Tickets are sent by email to the address given at checkout and can also be downloaded as a PDF. Each ticket has a unique QR code and admits one person, unless otherwise stated. Each QR code can only be scanned once at the entrance.
5. No right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to tickets for leisure activities provided on a specific date or period.
6. No refunds, cancellation and postponement
Tickets are neither refundable nor exchangeable. If an event is cancelled, tickets remain valid for a new date of a concert by the same artist.
7. Conditions of entry
A ticket is valid only for the event, date and session indicated on it. It must be presented at the entrance, electronically or printed. The organiser may refuse entry in line with these terms and with safety requirements. Please keep your ticket until the end of the event.
8. Resale
Tickets may not be resold for a price higher than their original purchase price.
9. Personal data
Personal data collected during the order is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Applicable law
